PolarStar™ Pictures has just wrapped principle photography on its first major motion picture, a high school buddy comedy called THE JERK THEORY.  The movie features the music of singer/songwriter Adam Dynes sung by the film's lead Josh Henderson.  Many of Dynes’ songs are integral to the movie’s plot, which features a main character (also named Adam) who is burned by a bad relationship experience.  He is your typical nice guy who gets dumped by his girlfriend for the school jerk.  Adam decides that if women won’t respond to the nice guy, then he’ll be the jerk.  This behavior is successful with shallow women but leads only to meaningless relationships.  When Adam meets the girl of his dreams (Molly), he is crushed when his jerk routine doesn’t work on her.  He is forced to become the nice guy again as he pursues Molly.  But the transformation back to the nice guy might just be too much for Adam to undergo.
